Pre-wedding family shoot ... 3 1/2 weeks to go!!

We had absolutely perfect autumn weather for Helen & Mike's pre-wedding / family shoot this Sunday at Bournemouth Beach! There literally wasn't a cloud in the sky!   Their son James joined them on the shoot, he was looking very cool in his little braces! 

Helen & Mike are due to get married in just under 4 weeks time, I'm so excited about it!! Not only is their wedding at such a wonderful time of year, but it will be Christmas themed as well! May the countdown begin........

James Valentine - the first 6 months!

Baby JV has had a busy first 6 months in front of the camera! I did his first baby shoot when he was around 5 weeks old (small selection above) he is such a little cutie!

Then 5 months on, I was very excited to then be asked by Mum & Dad (Helen & Mike) to photograph James' Christening party at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel in Bournemouth.

It was such a beautiful sunny day, you would never have guessed it was the end of February. Helen & Mike's happy family & friends were there to share James' important day, as with all babies in general, he is growing so quickly, it's lovely to look back at the early pictures to see how much he has changed already!

Birthday celebrations in London!

My Mum, Sister and I have just had the most amazing weekend in London!! Me and my sister Sarah, have been planning my Mum's surprise 60th birthday for months, we wanted it to be very girly and full of treats! The various carefully orchestrated surprises included, my Mums sister pouncing on us at Paddington Station, Pre-theatre drinks and dinner at one our favourite places in Covent garden, followed by the Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, which was absolutely AMAZING! Then Sunday, we glammed up and headed to The Ritz for afternoon tea, which was absolutely beautiful, champagne, pastries, scones as light as a feather, cake, cake and more cake! All in all it was a fantastic weekend, with so many lovely memories. I won't put lots of photos of us with cocktails up on the blog, but I thought I'd share some of my London 'city' shots!
